Q.What do I need to create an AR model?
Just a clear product photo and the furniture dimensions (width, height, depth). Upload the photo through our dashboard, enter dimensions in centimeters or inches, and our AI will generate the 3D model automatically.
Q.How do I share AR models with customers?
You get two options: 1) Download a QR code poster to print and display on furniture in your physical store, or 2) Copy HTML embed code to add an AR button to your website. Both work on iPhone and Android without requiring any app download.
Q.Can customers use AR on their phones?
Yes. We generate both USDZ files for iPhones (using Apple's AR Quick Look) and GLB files for Android devices (using Google's Scene Viewer). Customers simply scan the QR code or tap the button on your website to view furniture in their space.
Q.What happens if I don't unlock a model?
Your 3D model stays in your dashboard and you can preview it anytime. However, to share AR links publicly, download GLB/USDZ files, or generate QR codes, you need to unlock the model with 1 credit. Your unused credits never expire.
Q.How do credits and unlocking work together?
Generating 3D models is completely free — create as many as you want. When you find a model you like and want to download or share it, use 1 credit to unlock it ($7/credit or less with bundles). Unlocking gives you shareable AR links, QR codes, and downloadable GLB/USDZ files. No subscription needed.
